USER AGREEMENT, TERMS, CONDITIONS, and PRIVACY POLICY
SeniorDine is a service provided by CatMatt LLC, and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following notices. In addition, when you use any SeniorDine.com service, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such service.

USE OF SITE:
This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by SeniorDine.com. CatMatt LLC, and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if CatMatt LLC believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of CatMatt LLC, and or its affiliates.

You take responsibility and will be held liable for inappropriate conduct on our site by users operating under your account. You are responsible for protecting your account username and password from unauthorized use. You will not use any of our site(s) to violate any law. In the event you violate existing law, we retain the right to terminate all service set forth in this agreement. In the event we are informed by government authorities of inappropriate or illegal use of our facilities or other networks accessed through us, we may terminate customer's service. We will cooperate fully with investigations of violation of systems or network security at other sites. We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of possible criminal violations. Customers who violate systems and/or network security may incur in criminal or civil liability. For clients with multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend all accounts should any one account violate these terms and conditions.

You agree to not upload and add copyrighted material or other intellectual property to your card design without the express permission of the copyright and/or intellectual property holders. You agree to hold CatMatt LLC, and its affiliates harmless for any potential copyright dispute or any other violation brought about by your card design and/or use of card. Fraudulent use of your card(s) may incur in criminal or civil liabilities. CatMatt LLC, reserves the right to reject any card orders, which they deem as illegal or inappropriate. Resolutions for rejected orders may include providing proof of ownership or authority to use possibly protected or official works on your card. You agree to provide these appropriate resolutions at your expense. Unresolved card orders will be cancelled within 24 hours or at the discretion of CatMatt LLC. Fulfillment of a card order does not in any way indicate our acceptance of card content nor does it grant authority to use the card for any purpose in any way. CatMatt LLC, reserves the right to investigate and report cases of intellectual property violations or fraud.

ACCOUNT INACTIVITY/ABANDONMENT:
We reserve the right to suspend, archive, or delete accounts, including any uploaded/generated content, that hasn't been accessed for more than 6 months. You will be notified via e-mail if your account is subject to expiration. Please ensure that your registered email address is up-to-date on our website. Logging-in to the website will keep your account active.

CREDIT TERMS:
 State and U.S. Government agencies and certain commercial enterprises are eligible for Net 30 credit terms. Billing is upon shipment of products and payment due 30 days from the date of invoice. We accept checks for payment. Such orders can be made by calling toll-free (800) 984-4561 or via e-mail to service@catmatt.com. Net 30 credit terms may be offered at our discretion.

THE PRIVILEGE OF NET 30 according to our interpretation, means payment is due, in our office, 30 days from the date of invoice. Any variation from our published terms must be requested in writing. All requests must be acknowledged by CatMatt LLC, to be honored. Any past due balance will be charged an annual finance charge of 18%. Should it be necessary to refer the account balance to a licensed collection agency or attorney for legal action, all subsequent charges and legal fees shall be paid by the applicant.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Due to the customized nature of the products offered through this website, we cannot accept returns for any cards. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide appropriate quality graphics and to proof-read any text on card designs. Please verify the acceptability of the card design before ordering. CatMatt LLC, is not liable for typographical errors or misspellings. Please verify the spelling on your card proof(s), including any names of people or places, before ordering. We suggest that you order a single card for proofing purposes before ordering a large number of cards. DOA/Damaged Goods For DOA and/or damaged goods, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. Depending on the manufacturer, you will be instructed to either return the product to us or to the manufacturer directly. Non-Defective Goods CatMatt LLC, offers a 10 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. There are many manufacturers today that do not offer returns on their products. There may be a Manufacturer Implied Warranty that is the sole discretion of the Manufacturer. This is not a CatMatt LLC, policy. ALL Return requests must be made within ten (10) days of shipment date. Obtaining an RMA Number To initiate your return, send an email request to service@catmatt.com. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days only. Return Requirements The following defines our Return Policy: All returns/exchanges will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15-25% (varies by manufacturer and condition) or $50, whichever is more. The following criteria must be met: (a) All returned items must have a valid Return Authorization prior to return product received without an RMA number or an expired RMA number will be returned unopened, (b) All original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside) must be returned, (c) And all product must be clean and without scratches or usage marks of any kind. Credit will be issued only after inspection. Items opened and used are NOT returnable under any condition. We will refund shipping costs only in the event that the return is a result of our error.

SHIPPING - RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from CatMatt LLC, are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We cannot control and are not responsible for late or misplaced shipments to you via the United States Post Office, FedEx, UPS, or other postal carriers. Insured parcel post is available upon request. We highly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Information that is entered into our system is held in strictest confidence. We do not share this information with outside parties without your permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer our Clients and End-Users or to comply in responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures reasonably designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to secure personal information. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are NOT directly connected to the Internet. In addition, personnel who have access to our database are trained to maintain and secure all information.
